Save up to 25% when you preregister for the NCTM 2010 Annual Meeting & Exposition by March 12. Please see fees below. Preregistrants will receive a confirmation, badge, and, if requested, program book by mail. Badges will be mailed separately two weeks prior to the conference; and will not be mailed to those residing outside the United States or Canada.
Registering after March 12
If you register after March 12, regular conference rates will apply (please see below). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail, mail, or fax, which you may bring to the Express Check-In desk to receive your badge and materials. If you don't receive your confirmation before leaving for the conference, please call (888) 747-8704 or (972)349-5804 to confirm your registration.

Unless specifically requested, program books will not be mailed and can be picked up on-site. However, for a fee, registrants can choose to have an advance copy of the Annual Meeting program book and/or the Research Presession program book mailed to them three weeks before the conference. Registrants who would prefer to have the program book mailed can mark the check off box that will be provided on the registration form.
Registration Fee -- Cancellation requests must be received in writing (accompanied by your badge) by close of business on April 9, 2010. A 50% refund will be issued to you within six weeks of your request being approved. Please not that telephone requests and requests received after the deadline cannot be honored. NCTM speakers do not qualify for refunds.
Research Presession -- Refunds will not be given for any Research Presession cancellations.
