Cyber Cafe: Assist attendees and monitor computer usage time in the Cyber Cafe. No technical knowledge is needed.
Meeting Rooms: Assist with crowd control, check meeting rooms between presentations, place "Session Full" and/or "Cancellation" signs outside meeting rooms, clear meeting rooms after presentations.
Daily News distribution: Hand out the on-site conference newspaper, the Daily News to conference attendees (morning hours only).
