  • MET Grants for Affiliates

    Start planning your project now. Based on the recommendation of the NCTM Membership and Affiliate Relations Committee (MARC), the Mathematics Education Trust (MET) Board of Trustees, may award the appropriate grant to a Partner Affiliate, Associate Affiliate, and Student Affiliate.  

    The deadline for submitting your grant proposal application is May 1.

    Partner Affiliate Grant: Kenneth B. Cummins Grant ($3,500 maximum)

    The Kenneth B. Cummins Fund is the result of contributions initially donated to NCTM’s Mathematics Education Trust (MET) by Dr. Cummins and the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Dr. Cummins was an outstanding mathematics educator from Ohio, and the award is given for exceptional Partner Affiliate grant proposal.

    Associate Affiliate Grant ($2,500 maximum)

    The Mathematics Education Trust (MET) Associate Affiliate Grant is an award up to $2,500 for an exceptional grant proposal.
