Registration is
available by mail, fax, or email. NCTM accepts Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. All payments must be
submitted in U.S. dollars and drawn on U.S. bank accounts, money orders, or
credit cards. Credit card payments will be subject to the appropriate exchange
rate.
Individual and
group registration forms can be printed and mailed or faxed.

There will be no onsite registration at the Regional Conference & Exposition in Indianapolis.
