ATMIM is pleased to
invite you to this year’s spring conference that will feature keynote speaker
Dr. Anne Collins, director of Mathematics Achievement Center at Lesley
University. This year, through the establishment of the annual Margaret J.
Kenney Presentation, ATMIM will also honor contributions of Peg Kenney, a
recently deceased, beloved mathematics professor at Boston College. Mary
Sullivan, Professor Emerita of Mathematics and Secondary Education at Rhode
Island College, will be the first selected to give this presentation on an area
of mathematics of importance to Peg. Workshops for elementary, middle, and high
school will follow the keynote. The conference will be held at Worcester State
University, Worcester, Massachusetts.
