    When will I receive my confirmation, badge, and additional materials? 

    All participants will receive an email confirmation and itinerary for their Institute experience. Badges and other materials will be available for on-site pickup. NCTM staff will be available to assist with changes to badges and any additional questions you have on site.

    How Can I Book My Hotel? 

    NCTM has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the special rate of $219.00 per night (single/double). Rooms must be reserved by January 4, 2023, in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.

    What are the hours for materials pick-up and suggestions for dress?  
     
    Materials pick-up will be on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 6:00–7:00 PM and Monday, January 22, 2024 from 7:00–8:45 AM 

    Dress for this event is business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended.  

    Are Children Permitted to Attend? 

    Due to the size and nature of the NCTM Winter Institutes, this event is not an appropriate setting for children under 16 years of age. 

    Do you offer continuing education or credits?   

    No. There will be a certificate of attendance provided that may be used to demonstrate attendance at the NCTM Winter Institute.  

    Can I register a group? 

    Yes. Complete the Group Registration Form and return to [email protected].

    Do you offer group discounts? 

    Yes. NCTM offers a 15% discount for groups of 5 or more. Groups must fill out the downloadable group spreadsheet and email it to [email protected]

    Are there alternatives to online registration? 

    Registration for the Interactive Institutes is available only online. 

    How do I pay by purchase order? 

    Individuals and group paying with a purchase order can email [email protected]. Purchase order can also be mailed to NCTM Conference Registration, P.O. Box 715842, Philadelphia, PA  19171-5842 or faxed to (703) 476-2970.  

    What if I am not already an NCTM member? 

    We recommend you become an NCTM member before registering; please visit www.nctm.org/join to choose the membership option that best suits your needs. Essential members will receive a 20% discount off the non-member registration rate and premium members a 30% discount.   

    How do I cancel my registration? Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration? 

    All cancellations must be received in writing on or before January 4, 2024. No refunds will be issued, for any reason, after the cancellation date. 

    • NCTM will issue a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for members, nonmembers, and each person affiliated with a group. 

    • Substitutions will be accepted through January 17, 2024. Substitutes must submit a letter explaining who they are substituting. Nonmembers substituting for members will be charged the current nonmember registration rate.
